PAYMENT

Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You may be directed to a third-party site to complete your order.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

  • We do not have the products in stock

  • Your payment is not authorized

  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products

  • You have canceled your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

 

Pricing and payment

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with T R E J A Y N E website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with T R E J A Y N E will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact T R E J A Y N E directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

SHIPPING

  • We aim to complete all orders within 4 weeks, or sooner if possible. If your order is likely to take any longer for whatever reason, we will contact you and let you know. 

  • We send all of our products via courier so all deliveries will need a signature upon arrival.

Please remember, we are a small Company and all our items are unique and individually handmade. This means our products are given our personal care and attention until the job is right. 


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This policy is in line with UK law.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your item has arrived damaged or broken, we can review your purchase for a refund. If a refund is agreed, to return an item the product must be returned within its packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once the jewellery item has been returned, checked over and damage confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not damaged or broken beyond their description, or the issue is not highlighted within 14 days of delivery. Any refunds will be made using the original payment method and only once your item has been returned by post. It can take up to 14 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control). For items purchased in discount offers, we will refund on the price paid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
